How much do you charge for a call out?

We charge £65 for a call out which covers the first hour of labour (within 5 miles), £35 per hour thereafter.

What areas do you cover?

We cover from Colchester to Sudbury and all surrounding areas within 50 miles.

Are your electricians fully qualified?

All of our electricians are Level 3 qualified with 18th Edition.

How long does it usually take to find a fault?

The majority of faults can be found and rectified within an hour, which means you will probably only have to pay our call out fee.

Do you have a price list?

No, for simple things like changing a socket or a light we can usually give you a price over the phone, but for the majority of jobs we will come to site and evaluate the job then send you a fixed price quotation for the works you require.

How do I book a job?

Just give us a ring or an email with what you need and if it's a simple job we can give you a quote there and then but for bigger jobs we can arrange an on-site visit.

Yes, we are covered by £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
